Can I resell and/or list all your products on my website or marketplaces?

It depends on which products and product range you are after. We offer Store Exclusives and Online Exclusives to selected partners. If you are interested in becoming our selling partner, contact us at[email protected] and we will take it from there!

 

How do I become a Reseller?

Do you offer dropshipping?

Yes, we do offer dropship services for selected selling partners! When you become one of Unix selling partners, you have access to a variety ofperks & benefits.

 

Do you offer stock purchases?

Yes, we do. If you are interested in buying in bulk or wholesale, get in touch with our sales team at[email protected].au for more information.

Pricing & Legal

What are your Dropship prices for Resellers?

We will provide the Dropship Pricing List once we have assessed and approved your application. To apply to become a reseller, you can contact us at[email protected].

 

Is there a Reseller Agreement available to view and sign? 

Yes, we have a Reseller agreement which we will send to you once we have assessed and approved your application. This is signed as part of the process to register as a Reseller.

 

Orders, Payment & Shipping

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use TNT for most of our bulky items and Auspost for smaller parcels.
 
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
For our larger and bulky items, we do not deliver to PO boxes due to the size of our items. For our smaller items such as our gadgets and orders shipped via Auspost, these can be delivered to PO boxes. If you have any questions regarding this, please email us at[email protected].

If you have purchased our product from one of our selling partners, we advise you to contact their customer service team directly. If you require further assistance, we are happy to provide you with further support and information. 

 

What are your warranty terms on your products?
